• Kuendesha mafunzo ya siku 3 kwa viongozi wa AZAKI 70 kwa wamu 2 juu ya mchakato wa Uandaaji wa mipango na Bajeti ya Miradi ya Maendeleo.

• Kuendesha mafunzo siku 2 kwa madiwani 27 juu ya mfumo wa Uandaaji wa mipango na bajeti za miradi ya maendeleo.

• Kufanya ufuatiliaji na tathimini shirikishi ya mradi


Kuunda timu ya kufanya mafunzo ya utafiti wa PETS.Washiriki 50 walipatiwa mafunzo na kushiriki katika kufanya PETS na walipatiwa toka eneo la Mradi.

Mafunzo ya siku 3 kwa wanawake 320 wa Manispaa na Lindi vijijini juu ya sheria ya Ardhi Na 4& 5 ya mwaka 1999 na wajibu wao katika utekelezaji wa mradi
1. Kufanya vikao 6 na viongozi (Madiwani) na Watendaji 42 wa Halmashauri 6 za wilaya/manispaa za Mkoa wa Lindi kuelezea malengo ya mradi wa ufuatiliaji wa matumizi ya fedha na raslimali za umma (PETS) katika sekta ya barabara za Serikali za Mitaa Mkoani Lindi ifikapo Juni, 2012.

2. Mafunzo ya siku 3 kwa AZAKi, Waandishi wa Habari, Viongozi wa dini, Madiwani, na Watendaji wa LGAs wapatao 30 kutoka Halmshauri 6 za Wilaya/Manispaa Mkoani Lindi juu ya Ufuatiliaji wa Matumizi ya Fedha na Raslimali za Umma (PETS) za Miundombinu ya barabara ifikapo Juni, 2012.

3. Kuchapisha na kusambaza Mabango 500, Kalenda 582 na Fulana (T-Shirts) 200 vyenye ujumbe wa dhana na dhima ya PETS katika Halmashauri 6 za wilaya/manispaa za Mkoa wa Lindi ifikapo Juni, 2012.

4. Kufanya ufuatiliaji na tathmini ya maendeleo ya utekelezaji wa mradi katika Halmashauri 6 za wilaya/manispaa za Mkoa wa Lindi ifikapo Juni, 2012.

5. Kufanya gharama za Utawala na Uendeshaji wa Mradi.
1. Kuendesha mafunzo kwa wawakilishi wa AZAKi 30 juu ya dhana ya Ufuatiliaji Uwajibikaji Kijamii (SAM) kwa siku 2 katika kila wilaya 5 za Mkoa wa Lindi ifikapo Desemba 2011.

2. Kufanya vikao vya siku 1 vya wadau 20 wa maendeleo kati ya viongozi/watendaji wa Halmashauri za Wilaya/Manispaa za Mkoa wa Lindi na wawakilishi wa AZAKi vya kubadilishana habari na taarifa, ujuzi na uzoefu kuhusu uandaaji mipango na bajeti za maendeleo, utekelezaji, usimamizi na tathmini za utekelezaji ifikapo Desemba, 2011.

3. Kufanya ufuatiliaji na tathmini shirikishi walengwa/wadau za maendeleo ya utekelezaji mradi katika Halmashauri za Wilaya/Manispaa 5 za Mkoa wa Lindi ifikapo Desemba, 2011.

1.2 Develop management resource manuals (financial, Human resources, procurement, Code of ethics, strategic plan, and monitoring and evaluation tools).

2.1 Conduct two days workshop to board of directors, staffs, Volunteers and normal members (19 in total) on Lobbying and fundraising techniques.

2.2 Conduct a one day training to FOTA board of directors, staffs, Volunteers and normal members (19 in total) on financial management.
