C. If any difference, what is the reason?
The major differences is that village and ward leaders were not foretasted during planning and budgeting of this project. It was later found out that the ward and village leaders are the most important people to participate in these trainings as without them no decision will be taken in the ward and villages. So they were involved for each training and they really gave us the great contribution of their experiences.
Secondly most of the committees did not exist in the villages. The exercise of reviving the committees took the organization a bit of time and efforts. This is because some committees members did not even know that they were the members of the particular committee. This is the fault of the village governments as they did not define water committees as one of the key committees at the village level. This is a lesson that was learnt by the organization especially when implementing a new project it is important to work beforehand with the village governments.

1. Ndiyo, tofauti iliyopo ni kubadilishwa kwa shughuli ya mradi kutoka ya Kuendesha mafunzo kwa wawakilishi wa AZAKi wa wilaya 5 za Mkoa wa Lindi juu ya Programu ya Maboresho ya Serikali za Mitaa (LGRP) na badala yake kuwa Mafunzo kwa wawakilishi wa AZAKi juu ya dhana ya Ufuatiliaji Uwajibikaji Kijamii (SAM). Hata hivyo kabla ya kufanyika kwa mabadiliko haya Mratibu wa Mradi aliwasiliana na Afisa Programu anayesimamia mradi huu katika FCS, Bi. Rose Kihulya na kutoa idhini ya kutekelezwa kwa shughuli hiyo pasipo kupoteza walengwa na mantiki ya mradi.
Hakukuwa na tofauti yeyote katika utekelezaji.

Shughuli zimefanyika kwa wakati wake
In this project there is one difference occured which is the development of FOTA strategic plan. Though FOTA members, staffs and volunteers were trained on how to write a good strategic plan but it's development will be done during the annual general meeting of FOTA which will take place in June 2012. FOTA fiscal year starts on July 1st each year.
