The Audio visuals shows and presentations were suppose to be conducted over the day and at an open space, but during the day the majority public tended to be rather committed and could not attend in large numbers, at the same time during the night it wasn't conducive to run such shows due to safety and security purposes. | The activities were rescheduled to take place in the early evening between 5- 6 .30 pm and at times were to run the activities indoor in some places |
The increased cost of commodities during the last 6 months also to an extent affected the project activity, since the cost of the posters, T-shirts and caps were increased twice as was expected and budgeted for during planning. | The organization managed to bargain, and at the same time reduced the number of T-Shirts and caps to accommodate the price increased. |
