Constitutional review forums and talks have led the secretarinte to learn the importance of the subject. A topic which touches everbody not only citizenz but also Pan africanists to which many have felt the constitutional review facet is a chicken and egg question and shall viably prefer a referendum that will direct constitutional review and place the constitution in its right place at the hearts of all citizens and Stakeholders of Pan africanism. Anything less will dogmise any efort and hold the region in turmoils now or in the future
