Almost every where in Tanzania in Secondary, Primary and even in the colleges there is a cry  of neeeding  teachers. Students do get hard time with the hunger and thirst of knowing Lessons which are ahead of them, but their hunger and thirst never be filled with anything in case of lacking teachers to make them reach onother side of the river. So, this problem has become chronique,  how and what Tanzanians can do to finish this problem so that when our students are at school, even the parents know and have confidence that their children are learning to confront or encounter effectively with their ahead Examinations?
