Economic value of the project to the local community:

• Through the use of revolving community funds, seed corn loans, given to marginalized and disadvantaged groups organized together with the  purpose of income generation in various small business, animal husbandry, horticulture and crop production aiming at improving their standard of living and increasing family incomes and enable them to meet their basic needs, also reduce women's vulnerability to men who offer them money for sex.
• Capacity building in various segments within the community in income generation through social mobilization and gendertransformation at grass-root level.
• The environmental implications of the project is to cause positive impact to the environment through teaching its beneficiaries on how to conserve environment by planting various spicies of trees and recycling waste products.
• YOSREE runs various workshops on Environmental conservation, Business entrepreneurships, Wealth ranking and creation within the community and mechanized agriculture.
• Provision of Life skills education per community demand so as to alliviate problems emerging within Iringa communities such as unemployment, Early pregnancies, HIV/AIDS and STIs transmission, pupils dropouts in Schools, Sexual health reproduction among youth students and proper referral centers for them.
