Creating awareness, promoting and engaging Human Rights knownledge to communities of Tanzania.

Ininitially starting with Zanzibar(Unguja and Pemba islands) and exteding to the broader United Republic of Tanzania aiming at reduction of poverty, advancing literacy developments and progressive advancements of peoples and places through economic, social and justice to all persons via the respect of dignity of Man, his environment and helping one another to realise one's dreams.

Empowerment of the communities imp[arted with Human rights is priori as bettering an individuals capability is improving his chances to be self reliant and support those around him the Human right way.

VISION

To see to it that communities are well versed with Human Rights knowledge and their engagements in all levels of progressive development work[socially, economically, and educationally] so as to harness equity in bettering livelihoods.

MSSION

Train and educate and sensitize one another on HR so that they are used appropriately economically, educationally and socially so that we can develop understanding, knowledge and use of the human rights in our country through cooperation and collaboration with development partners within countries that are friendly to us.OBJECTIVES

Main: Eradicate poverty and progressively develop democracy and the economy among Tanzanian Communities

Specific objectives:

1. Impart differing trainings that aim and promote understanding in the running of the entrepreneaul and business education projects that are productive and within the reach of the communities concerned.

2. Advocate and lobby differing domestic and International financial Institutes to help identified communities through grants and loans disbursements for business especially those having been sensitized on fundamental human rights and civic education so as to enhance their work resources at progressively developing themselves as planned

3. Ensure that productive, entrepreneaul and micro-finance groups are initiated and made sustainable with appropriate resources (personal, materials and technical knowledge)

3. Resource mobilization, deploying funds towards training and management

Advocacy and lobbying government departments and development partners to contribute towards the assistance of the institutes initiatives so as to progressively advance the activities to the communities with appropriate platforms, media, and acceptable training that results in alternative modes beneficial to members and the communities in general.

5. Collaborate with other related domestic and foreign entities at bettering services to the persons living with disabilities (PLWD), widows, orphans, vagrants, the jobless, refugees and all those in essence require humanitarian assistance.

6. Involve communities at volunteering assistance to people living with disabilities become part of mainstream inclusive society.

7. Advocate and lobby development cooperation with our friends wherever they maybe world wide

8. Sensitize members by imparting to them appropriate processes for progressive self development and to see to it any person is not living in exclusivity from community affairs but become integral to the environment with is people that where s/he cohabits( is in line with poverty reduction measures)

2. Constituting the Organization for Registration and being issued Certificate of Registration

3. Registration for Taxpayer Identification with Tanzania Revenue Authority

124-196-906 with effect from 25/06/2014

4. 2011 having an AGM and electing leaders and office bearers.

5. Dialogue with the Commission for Human Rights and Good Governance

6. Alienating with various non- governmental organizations related to HR work

7. Communicate with global networks and development partners
