Tanzania Society for the Deaf ilianzishwa na kusajiriwa 1971 na muasisi wake ni Sir Andy Chande.Mlezi wa kwanza wa chama hiki alikua hayati Mwalimu Julius Nyerere,raisi wa kwanza wa Tanzania.Chama kimejenga shule ya Viziwi Buguruni kwa kushirikiana na wadau wa ndani na nje ya nchi chini ya muongozo wa Sir Andy Chande.

Chama kimepata mafanikio mengi ikiwemo kufunisha lugha ya alama kwa viziwi,wakalimani,kujenga shule,visitors lodge,shamba la mlamleni nk

Tanzania Society for the Deaf was founded by kusajiriwa 1971 and its founder is Sir Andy's first Chande.Mlezi this party was growing late Mwalimu Julius Nyerere, first president of the Deaf school has created an Tanzania.Chama Buguruni in collaboration with stakeholders inside and outside the country under the guidance of Sir Andy Chande.

Association has found much success kufunisha including sign language for deaf, interpreters, school building, visitors lodge, farm mlamleni etc.
