ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND.
Hakuna Matata Charity Organization is non making profit Organization, which established 22th, 2002. Under the Father Beatusi Sewando Diocese of Catholic Church Morogoro, on that time was know as ST.VINCENT DE PAUL, Worked as a class to teach people who are not literate in Municipality of Morgoro. In year 2004 Governments introduced a program of education for those who missed it (MEMKWA) so that class's entry into the program of the government until 2009. On 25 August 2010, reforms were made from ST.VINCENT DE PAUL to be Hakuna Matata Charity Organization, as independent Civil Society, was registered officially with the Ministry of Community Development Gender and Children under the Act No.24 of year 2002 section 12 (2) and be granted a registration NUMBER 0000NGO/00004049 enable Hakuna Matata to work at national level . The results was effort of four people who are, Mr.Henry Balilonda, Ms.Janet Muhina, Mr.Adam Kiyunzuguru, Ms.Marther Komeka and Mr.Sephania Aliphan. Who were volunteers since 2002.
In year 2011 Hakuna Matata Charity Organization joined and became a member of the Tanzania Council for Social Development (TACOSODE) and also Hakuna Matata is a member of the National Forum of civil society organizations dealing with issues of HIV / AIDS under the (TACAIDS).

MISSION STATEMENT.
Hakuna Matata Charity Organization is an NGO aiming at improving the capacities of Marginalize groups, community,CSOs,CBO,FBO,SCHOOLs and local governments’ leaders to deliver friendly services through training, networking, policy analysis, lobbying and advocacy.
OBJECTIVES.
1. To promote community awareness on issues of marginalize groups and gender identity rights.
2. To investigate District level responses, priorities, opportunities and risk on marginalize groups and gender identity on their basic rights.
3. To develop, programme, objectives, outputs, outcomes and agree on strategies to reach the expected changes on marginalize groups and gender identity on their basic rights.
4. To comprehensive knowledge among marginalize groups and SOGI, on HIV/AIDS-TB and Malaria Transmission, Treatment, prevention and Care support.
5. To Educate Community, religious leaders and politician on Health reproduction adhere to people with disability and MSM.
