Huruma Care Development abbreviated HUCADE  is an non Goverment Organization whose aim is to empower vunerable  groups such as orphans, street children, edged people and widows as well as the children with diabilities in order to help themselves in future.

HUCADE wa established in 2004 with 7 children by mrs Agnes Mollel who is now the Organization director. She was motivated to establish such an organization after going through challenges and difficulities in her youth when her father refused to support her in pursuing her too higher education after completing standard six in year 1966 and wanted her to be married early. She ran away to her auntie who took her to the vocational training centre where she learnt home craft.

From there in 2005 incorporated with local churches to open a class oof 28 children who are orphans and childrens whose their parents were not able to take them to school because of poverty. After doing so, the demand wass very high in such a way that the number of childrens increased up to 97.

Through education programmed HUCADEis now supporting 97 childrens from which 15 of them are in secondary schools, 79 are in priary schools and 3 others are disabled children by supplying them with food,school fees, uniforms clothes as well as medical care.  HUCADE got its registration No. 00002456 in year 2008 and that is how HUCADE come to the existence.
