Huruma Care Development abbreviated HUCADE  is an non Goverment Organization whose aim is to empower vunerable  groups such as orphans, street children, edged people and widows as well as the children with diabilities in order to help themselves in future.

HUCADE wa established in 2004 with 7 children by mrs Agnes Mollel who is now the Organization director. She was motivated to establish such an organization after going through challenges and difficulities in her youth when her father refused to support her in pursuing her too higher education after completing standard six in year 1966 and wanted her to be married early. She ran away to her auntie who took her to the vocational training centre where she learnt home craft.

From there in 2005 incorporated with local churches to open a class oof 28 children who are orphans and childrens whose their parents were not able to take them to school because of poverty. After doing so, the demand wass very high in such a way that the number of childrens increased up to 97.

Through education programmed HUCADEis now supporting 97 childrens from which 15 of them are in secondary schools, 79 are in priary schools and 3 others are disabled children by supplying them with food,school fees, uniforms clothes as well as medical care.  HUCADE got its registration No. 00002456 in year 2008 and that is how HUCADE come to the existence.

Huruma Care Maendeleo ya abbreviated HUCADE ni yasiyo ya kiserikali ambao lengo ni kuwawezesha vunerable vikundi kama vile yatima, watoto wa mitaani, edged wajane na watu kama vile watoto na diabilities ili kusaidia wenyewe katika siku zijazo.

HUCADE Wa imara katika 2004 na watoto 7 kwa Bi Agnes Mollel ambaye sasa ni mkurugenzi wa Shirika. Yeye alikuwa motisha kwa kuanzisha shirika hilo baada ya kwenda kwa changamoto na difficulities katika ujana wake wakati baba yake alikataa msaada wake katika kutafuta elimu yake pia juu baada ya kumaliza darasa la sita katika mwaka 1966 na alitaka yake kuolewa mapema. Yeye mbio zake auntie yake ambaye alichukua yake kwenye kituo cha ufundi ambapo yeye kujifunza nyumbani hila.

Kutoka huko katika 2005 kuingizwa na makanisa ya mtaa ya kufungua darasa oof watoto 28 ambao ni yatima na watoto ambao wazazi wao walikuwa na uwezo wa kuwapeleka shule kwa sababu ya umaskini. Baada ya kufanya hivyo, mahitaji ya ilikuwa juu sana katika namna kwamba idadi ya watoto kuongezeka hadi 97.

Kwa njia ya elimu iliyowekwa HUCADEis sasa kusaidia watoto 97 ambayo 15 kati yao ni katika shule za sekondari, katika shule 79 ni priary na 3 wengine ni watoto walemavu na kuwapatia chakula, ada za shule, sare za nguo kama vile huduma ya matibabu. HUCADE got usajili wake No 00002456 katika mwaka 2008 na kwamba ni jinsi HUCADE kuja kuwepo.
