GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS OF IRAMBA DISTRICT AS CASE STUDY OF ALL DISTRICTS AFFECTED BY LONG TERM VULNERABILITY IN TANZANIA. Iramba plateau area of the Singida Region of central Tanzania which has despended on subsistence agriculture for its survival for centuries. Due to global warming and environmental changes draught and crop failures. Wide spreadfood shortages and starvation are occuring with greater frequency in the region. Education and development of markets for cottage industry production can provide the means for many people to earn cash. With a few cash families can purchase from outside the region. Without cash there is no food and the very young and the very old suffer most. People dies! of malnutrition, communicable diseases, HIV/AIDS and other serious tropical diseases. Due to that problems, in 2003 may the community declared to establish Tumaini Group Kirumi Tanzania as a non profit making organization so that to have strong and sustainable tool for solving the problems of the society in various places in the united republic of Tanzania in social, cultural and economic issues so that to support national effort of reducing long term vulnerability of the disadvantaged groups start from the grassroots. In 2011 July we registered our constitution as NGO with its oparation area Tanzania mainland (National wise). The organization started with twelve active members who saves clients voluntary, up to this time members increased to twenty. The project areas we started was only two wards but today increased to four wards in Iramba districts. The clients that to be supported by the NGO at that time include children affected by malnutrition, HIV/AIDS victims, orphaned by HIV/AIDS, disabilities, orphaned by disastrous, bad events and caregivers (as a community in general) who are suffering from exploitation and abuse denied from good and quality social services and their voices are not being head, these lead to the lowering of life expectancy, increasing the dependancy ratio, reduction in productivity and increasing poverty, ignorance and diseases in the community as the result a number of people die! 3. VISION Have a high level sustainable development and to mahke sure that most vulnerable population within the commuinity level in the United Republic of Tanzania reaches their full potential. 4. COMMITMENT. Tumaini Group Kirumi Tanzania, Committed to the discriminated population start from the grassroots in the community level; support to Orphans, women, people living with HIV/AIDS, grandmothers, young people and care givers whose declared their status.

Tumaini Group Kirumi Tanzania implement the project/program that designed in collaboration with Local Government leaders, donors and passed by Executive committee/board of directors of the Organization that leads to reduce the problems of ignorance, poverty and diseases start from the grassroots in community level. 9. PARTINERSHIP ACCEPTANCE. Tumaini Group Kirumi Tanzania invite partinership or any work designed by local or international development agencies for serving and boost community development.
