A REQUEST FOR VOLUNTEERS TO OUR ORGANIZATION.

The Tanzania Community Based Option for Protection and Empowerment Organisation (TACOPE) is a national community development organization founded in 2004 that works in Tanzania. Our mission is to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low- and moderate-income communities around the Tanzania, helping them improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.

TACOPE is a non-profit organization. TACOPE brings together communities, government bodies, local organizations, donor agencies and the private sector to design and implement our development programs.

We bring to bear all of our relevant areas of expertise to the needs identified by our partner communities and through integrated, holistic programming; we help people around the community to meet their needs in difficult circumstances.

Our aim is to leave behind a legacy of sustainable change and communities that are empowered to drive their own future development. The organization based in Mwanza city.

The Organization is inviting volunteers from abroad or within Tanzania, who will be willing to work with our organization in the following fields/programs:

1. Support the teaching of entrepreneurship to womens through our program known as "Support wone in development."

2. Teaching positions for Secondary School-Teachers are required particularly to the following subjects, English, mathematics, chemistry, biology and Physics).

3.Trainers for savings and credit.

4. Proposal development and fundraising.

5. Support the training of entrepreneurship skills to Women Living with HIV-AIDS.

Also, we are looking for potential volunteers/donors who will be willing to finance and assit us in running our programmes.
