Magu Comprehensive Community Empowerment Initiative (MCCEI) is a youth-led christian organization  registered on 18^th May 2012. Currently, MCCEI comprises of 10 members who are endevoured to serve a total population of  416,113 in Magu district, Mwanza, Tanzania. 

As the majority of rural population of Tanzania are characterized by severe poverty, high levels of illiteracy,  limited access to basic social services, food insecurity, HIV/AIDS, it is our duty to take part in changing this picture.

MCCEI is a youth-led christian organisation commited to facilitate and promote participation in sustainable holistic development that transforms, empowers and enables communities in their surroundings to realize, identify, mobilize and utilize the available resources and build the capacity for transformation and advocacy in the society.
