After undergoing the training the leaders and volunteers of the organization have developed skills in organization development as well as financial management skills,financial regulation manual,organization profile,organization structure and developed organization brochures and finally the leaders have squired advanced skills in monitoring and evaluation of AFAP activities,the post training evaluation of the participants in this project have shown a good understanding and expanded knowledge on the part of examinees, thus the project in question has met standard of the addressed key result areas.

Partnership is a wide spectrum ie it must include societies,companies,Government organs,private sectors,UN bodies,Diplomatic bodies and well wishes individuals. |
Board of directors is the mainstay of the organization development |
Members must be ready to fulfill their responsibility thus must be ready to volunteers in order to bring organization development. |

Language problem for some members since the project was conducted in English | The facilitator had to lecture in mixed languages(swahili and english). |
Problem in contacting other stake holders | Personal relationship was more than official channels |
Limited finance | Used poor and low quality stationary avoided teaching aids cost |
Attendance of members was defectors on the first day | Stain constitutions and strict rules had to be reinforced to all members a penalty would be paid to any defaulters |
Delayed release of grants | the society is asking F CS to accelerates release of any approved grants |
Venue cost for seminars was very high | we solve for finding the cheaper venue at Karakata. |
frequently cutting of electricity was very big challenge especial to our office equipment like computer and printer | we solved by purchasing ups and stablizer |
