Recently KIOO organization was monitoring  her activities carried out in the wards where the project  of social accountability is conducted. During the monitoring it was found that although the government has ratified the issue of public power  using the D by D state officials still at the bottom bolsters in the county and forexamples  Nyangabo and  Bweru villages in Nguruka are not having  village executive offices of the villages which resulted into various government documents to be kept at home for a house plan that is managing the village concerned.

This lead into poor performance and  the village failed to document important for the village kept centrally at home for someone. A similar situation happened in the village of Mwamila Uvinza ward where the house in which he lives is the executive office of the village and a wonderful area it is even having no toilet, a worrisome situation on the security of the state health ministers.

For him the law of the local village and six executive and head of the other actors of the village government departments, the man who is head of the office and not others does not have this really easy for him to lead others to fulfill their obligation?
