Intango y’Amahoro Foundation as a human rights and peace building organization subscribes to the original principles enshrined in international human rights instruments. However, there are some specific core values that determine our relationship and interactions with the others. These include the following; a) Mutual Respect and the spirit of tolerance b) Integrity, Transparency and Accountability c) Social justice and Social activism.

Intango y'Amahoro Foundation started in September 2011 by a number of University graduates   from different background but who were passionate to serve their communities. Since that time, IAF operates in three districts of Rwanda(Kicukiro-Nyarugenge and Bugesera where it provides legal aid to people living with HIV/AIDS using the volunteers who are lawyers by profession.
