When Mzeituni Foundation, Chigoto Plus and Helen Keller International were launching their two years project (CHANGE project) to be run in Mwanza region (Ukerewe and Sengerema districts) on 14th Nov 2014 which was held at Helen Keller International’s office (Isamilo).The guest of Honor was Hon.Ndaro Kulwijira (Mwanza Regional Admistrative Secretary).
