Editing Your Website
After your organization's website is approved by Envaya, anyone on the internet will be able to see your website without needing to register for Envaya.
However, only you (and anyone else who knows your organization's Envaya username and password) can edit the pages on your website when you are "logged in" to Envaya.
By looking at any page's background color, you can tell whether a page is public or if it is only available when you are logged in. All pages with a dark gray background are only available when you are logged in.
When you first register for Envaya, you are automatically logged in to your new account on Envaya. Whenever you are logged in to Envaya, you will see a blue area with icons at the top-right corner of the page, as shown below:
Each of these icons are links that you can click on:
is your organization's home page.
is the Edit Site page, where you can publish news updates and photos and edit any page on your site.
is your Envaya account settings page, where you can update your organization's contact information and other settings.
logs out of your Envaya account.
The main place to edit your website is the Edit Site page. On this page, you can write a news update and edit any of the pages on your site. When you are logged in, you can always get to this page by clicking the icon.
