on the 13th november the national leading team had a meeting which was aimed at preparing the general annual assembly which will take place on 10 december 2011. The meeting held at Kigali Institute of Education (KIE) from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

The last decision has been to re-elect the president because the previous has resigned for unknown reasons. The election will take after the meeting and will be the last point on the agenda.
