CHILDREN CARE DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (CCDO) YEARLY SUMMARY FOR THE YEAR 2021/22

Children Care Development Organization (CCDO) has conducted parents’ day on 10^th December, 2021 with the children living in difficult situation within the Peace Flame Primary School with the aim of encouraging the children living in difficult conditions. The event included Children participation in different games and talents, rewarding the students who are did the best for the whole year in both academics and sports, speech from the school director, speech from the head of school, giving the cake to the children and getting the meal together. This event comprised of people from different localities around Iringa region who attended to support these children

For the ending year the organization has succeeded in various aspects in caring the children and giving them encouragement and support but also the organization failed to complete some of their plans due to various reasons.

Success of the Organization towards bringing up the children

1. Giving them education concerning HIV/ AIDS and Covid 19
2. Rising the talent of the children
3. Teaching them the skills of life such as how to perform cleanliness, irrigation system and to express themselves
4. Teaching them class sessions in order to develop wide understanding concerning their life existence.
5. Providing them with security
6. Enough community support toward caring of the children
7. We attended to the Maasai societies and educated them against Female Genital Multilation (FGM)

 We managed to share cake with our students as a sign of encouragement

Failure of the Organization towards attaining the planned goals

1. To give them enough essentials in rising their talents such as footballs, basketballs and the music system.
2. To send them to different study tours due to lack of enough funds.
3. Lack of enough volunteers

Demands of the organization for the year 2022

1. We request more volunteers to come and support us in different spheres in our organization such care giving, project coordinating and administration support.
2. We request support from different donors all over the world in order to meet the demands in which we failed to manage

Organization plans for the year 2022

1. To fulfill all the plans which we failed to complete
2. To launch the hospital in Nduli area
3. To launch the Hope textile industry
4. Developing the projects for mother and children affair and irrigation scheme in horticulture farming
5. To give aids to the orphans, women and youth especially young girls
6. To launch the gender desk
7. To launch the information centre among the Maasai community so as to educate them against bad social cultural practices

Thanks giving for the year 2021/22

The organization is very glad to give thanks to all who supported us and work hand in hand with us and enabled us to achieve our goals. In general we give you thanks and we wish you Happy Marry Christmas and Happy New Year.
