Mradi unalenga kuiwezesha jamii/wananchi kuimarisha misingi ya utawala bora na nidhamu ya matumizi ya fedha za umma kwa kujenga uwezo wa kufuatilia fedha na rasilimali za umma na pia kufanya zoezi la ufuatiliaji wa matumizi hayo ili kusimamia na kuwawajibisha watendaji katika sekta ya elimu wilayani Mvomero na Morogoro(V) na kuongeza ufanisi na ubora wa sekta kwa ujumla.

Tulifuatilia shughuli za Wanakijiji hasa katika mikutano ya hadhara ambayo wanakijiji walitualika.
Katika kipindi hiki hakukuwa na shughuli yoyote zaidi ya ufuatiliaji wa kazi zetu kama zinaenda vizuri.
Mafanikio tuliypyapata hasa kwa wajumbe wale waliohudhuria semina ya kufanya PETS waliweza kuitisha mikutano ya kamati za shule na wanakijiji waliitikia wito wa wawakilishi hao bila matatizo yoyote.

Ufuatiliaji na tathmini ulifanyika Doma,Mhonda - Turiani,Tchenzema.
Walitualika kuhudhuria mikutano ya hadhara ambapo tulisaidia kueleza taratibu za utendaji za kamati ya shule.
Kamati nyingi za shule zilifufuliwa na kujua na kutekeleza wajibu wao.
BAada ya kufanya Ufuatiliaji na utafiti Kamati nyingi za shule zimejua wajibu wao kwani hapo awali walikuwa hawajui zinaendeshwaje.
