Umma is lead by 1. Mr. GELASIO MARTIN RWEYASIZA in the capacity of Chairman and       Coordinator. He is a 1987 a graduate of Plovdiv Universityof  Agriculture  in Bulgaria, a holder of a diploma in Education and an experienced administrator and business entrepreneur.

                        2. Mr. NOVATUS NTAMBARA in the capacity of Secretary.He is an                automobile technichian and a farmer.

                         3.Rev. COLNER RWAKATARE in the capacity of Assistant Secretary He is a pastor in the Anglican Church and a farmer.

                         3.Mrs KOKULENGYA DEMETRIA works as a General Tresurer. She is adevelopment worker and a certificate holder in crop husbandry.
