Rwanda Youth Solution Organization (RYSO) is none-profit making organization created in 2005 .It is non-governmental organization of youth committed to promote the community development, building solidarity and peace building. It is aimed for the Capacity building, opportunity, Management and Exchange for peace building and development through the contribution to the most pertinent community problems towards the improvement of the future generation welfare.

It was created following a requirement of experience and  the community needs exposure for  development  and the youth  were unable to respond to this requirement while the country   trying to develop itself without community participation is like a bird trying to fly without wings The community needs  knowledge and skills  from the young generation for its development.

RYSO has created an opportunity for multidisciplinary career development by involving youth in community engagement through volunteerism; internship and entrepreneurship in order to enhance their readiness, competitiveness and preparedness to seize economic development through the career development at the same time serving the community.

RYSO is an opportunity for young graduates to develop their career and exchange their practices with none schooled youth to improve their knowledge and skills on community service and entrepreneurship.

We mobilize youth to use the knowledge and energy to serve the community and develop their career which is required to apply for job opportunity or job creation after being exposed to the community needs to ensure the community services and career development towards the improvement of the future generation welfare..

We   collaborate  and work with national and international young people participating at the community levels to impact the community development .
