1. To perform and undertake positive development activities in respect of various areas in pemba for the purpose of uplifting living standards of the people.

2. To establish , manage and maintain the use of local resources for turning up development.

3. To sensitize gender equality,human rights and advocacy.

4. To mobilize community in poverty eradication.

5. To support orphans living under critical condition to pursueand access educational oppotunity by providing them necessary facilities or  sponsorship for continuation  of their studies.

6. To provide health education as means of fighting and prevantion of HIV/AIDS and other comminicable diseases and thus creating a good communitywith less affected and orphans due to HIV/AIDS.
