VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES.
Fundraising; NEWG Organization has identified potential projects within Arusha and Kilimanjaro regions that will empower the youth towards self employment through Art works enabling them to utilize the skills they gain in trainings from hired experts. Due to poverty NEWG also has identified the need for food security in Primary and secondary schools as one way of ensuring academic performance in schools hence the organization focuses on establishing school farms that will help in feeding the children in school programmes. With other identified potential projects NEWG seeks professional Volunteers in fundraising as one way of accomplishing the potential projects.
Field work; Our field works include preparation of trees, planting and taking care of them to ensure their growth for the sake of the destructed environment. This activity will include areas sorrounding Schools and Health centers. Other field works include provision of social services to vulnearable groups especially in rural places hand in hand with councelling and guidance to the need (Malaria, HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis patients). Field works will extend to include helping the poor families in their farming projects to improve their production that will sustain their families.
Teaching; This will especially include english and other potential programmes like Art works in Pri & Primary schools, Secondary schools and the Youth planned programmes such as drawing, painting and enterpreneur programmes.
Project Design, Development and Management; NEWG has the role to do with project designing and development, this includes proposal write up as one way of seeking financial aid in implementing the potential projects identified by NEWG Tanzania. In this case professional volunteers in the field will be recruited to help in the process.
