Avisit to local Brew Makers
(A 3 hour tour)
A visiting brewing site where a local drink 'mmbege' is brewed.Locally , all procedures for brewing are practiced.The raw materials and utensils used being very local and yet a 'sweet wine' is prepared. Welcome for tasting if not drinking.
You can take part in preparing the brew ingredients.
A visit to local schools (3 hour tour)
An opportunity tovisit local primary schools (AGE 7-15) and secondary schools (age 15-20) You will be able to integrate with both pupills/students and teacher in classroom and outside.
An insight in local coffee producation
(2-4 hour tour
Walk though coffee and banana farms to lean how coffee is grown, harvested and prepared into a cup of coffee in local people's style. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn local skilful practices of preparing the best quality Arabica coffee using traditional ways. While drinking a localy prepared cup of coffee, you will also be getting story of how are managed and diffrrent way of preparing and processing coffee.
