• Introduction o f 12 School zones with 60 clusters both in Unguja and Pemba Islands.
• Proceedings to organise the Evening classes for Primary and Secondary students.
• proceedings to phase two of English language workshop of "Strenthening capacity to Secondary teachers of English Language"
• Awareness to teachers to attend a new intake of American Wenir series 4.
• Organiza and conduct ToT training to facilitators and Leadership training to the Executive Committee
• Establishment of 12 Chapters in Unguja and Pemba
• Supporting and monitoring English Language teachers in Unguja and Pemba
• Extend networking-opening website, newsletter and attending TAs Confernces
• Organise conferences and workshop trainings to all English Teachers and those teachers who use English Language as meduium of instruction, including Science and Study subjects
• Organise the East African ELTAs Conference by 2020
