The organization of TUWODEA contains the following structure:

1. Genera Assembly which contains disciprinary commetee and board of directors

2. Organization leaders

3.  Executive commettee containing

• Coordinator whohas to manage day to day management of the project, sign contract agreement, bank signatory, producer of monthly narrative report, trac the progress of the project imlimentaion and avoiding misuse and misallocation of project funds.
• Treasurer who is responsible fo organization finances, will be bank signatory and disburse receipts of the organization finances.
• Adminstrative secretary responsible for custoding documents of the organization, receiving incomingmail and dispatch outcoming mails and write minutes about various meeting and workshops.
• Project accountant responsible for preparing books of accounts and close accounts, provide advice to matters relating to finance and produce final financial of the project.
