 Tukutane Organization has initiated a project called  "Women Empowerment Strategy" (WES). WES was established after realization that women are disproportionately discriminated excluded from access to resources and development process. The core program strategy is to empower women by providing various economic skills, so that to reduce dependancy.

 Project has been launched by Kim Adiel the chief executive officer by practical guide to Agape Women Group for how to make a "MAGIC STOVE". This stove is made by using bricks which made with a special mixture of clay and either rice bran or saw dust or cow dung.This skill will bring forth: First, reduce the use of coal by 67%, making deforestation for firewood or charcoal will be much less. Secondly, such project will enable becoming more likely income by selling stoves for others, revenue will be used for the development of their families. Furthermore, these women would be given the skill to manufacture bar soap, liquid soap, washing powder and medicine closet. They will also be instructed on the land, inheritance and marriage Act.

 This launch was preceded by five days theory training in entrepreneurship that brought success to know five important things to consider before choosing an activities you do, these are: Knowledge and Experience, Market, Profit, Capital and Family use.
