ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGIES/ACTIVITIES

The following are organizational strategies/activities to accomplish our started
objectives;
1. Conferences, workshops, Seminars & Talks

The organization will organise Conferences, workshops, Seminars & Talks to enable local and neighboring computing educators, Students, researchers, and ICT professionals to interact and to share their work in computing, computer science, computer engineering, computational science, and information and communications technology (ICT)

2. Knowledge portal and online forums
The organization will establish the knowledge portal that provides access to acclaimed national and international magazines, journal articles and conference papers, covering innovative research and practice in Information and Communications Technologies (ICT). This service is provided free to the ICT professional and the community as part of commitment to advancing the ICT professional and to ensure the beneficial use of technology for the community. Also the organization will establish online forums that will enable professionals and the whole community to discuss issues concerning ICT and online problemsolving.

3. Public awareness programs/projects /activities

The organization will enhance public ICT awareness by promote and facilitate National Awareness Campaigns and Educational Programs on the role of ICTs for socio-economic development and to obtain from members and other sources information relating to ICT, and to disseminate such information amongst the public and the society by means of journals, circulars, publications, lectures,seminars, conferences or otherwise.

4. Awards, Competitions & Trophies for Winners

The Association organises competitions and gives trophies for various achievements within the IT industry. Such as presentation excellence awards form path-breaking projects, young IT professional award, best student paper, best speaker award on certain event. Also by conducting competitions such as writing computer programs or software/system development to solve given problems. An example of competition is the software competition for universities/colleges student .The Association initially instituted a national university/College software competition. The competition which is run under international competition rules is opened to all college/university students. The competition also provides opportunities for the Student of Tanzania to acquire better understanding of the computing world. The main objective is to bring out problem solving and programming talents, in university/colleges students, with speed, accuracy and team co-ordination. In a competitive environment, both at national and international levels, it would motivate them with due recognition, besides winning awards of attractive prize and certificates.

5. Encouraging secondary school students

The association recognizes that primary and secondary students are the ones who will participate fully in the new world of computing. The association will design and implement programs and projects for primary and secondary schools to promote the goodwill of the ICT. The Association believes that the future of Information Technology lies in the eager and willing hands of the young students because they have dreams, hopefully much larger dreams, and it is in the next millennium that they would carry the torch forward. Therefore, it is our duty to
give them an opportunity to learn the new developments in Information Technology to meet the challenges of the next millennium.

6. Partnering, Networking and become a member with other organizations

The Association works towards a global approach, by seeking out alliances with organizations inside the country and overseas that may be willing to comem forward and participate in achieving our objectives by partnering, networking or becoming a member. The Association believes that by working closely with other industries, organizations, associations, institutions, government agencies and academia nationally and internationally will ensure that the benefits of IT advancement ultimately percolate down to every single person in the society.

7. Researches

The Association will conduct and facilitate the conduction of researches on ICT which will provides reliable and accurate information that will be useful to us on achievement of our objectives and for the benefits of the society as well as the whole ICT industry in Tanzania.

1. Mikutano, warsha, semina na Mazungumzo

shirika la kuandaa mikutano, warsha, Semina & Mazungumzo ya kuwawezesha walimu kompyuta wa ndani na jirani, Wanafunzi, watafiti, na wataalamu wa ICT na kuingiliana na kushiriki katika kazi yao ya kompyuta, sayansi ya kompyuta, kompyuta uhandisi, Computational sayansi, na teknolojia ya mawasiliano na habari (ICT)

2. Maarifa na vikao online portal
shirika la kuanzisha portal maarifa ambayo hutoa huduma kwa magazeti acclaimed kitaifa na kimataifa, makala journal na karatasi za mkutano huo, kifuniko utafiti ubunifu na mazoezi katika Teknolojia ya Habari na Mawasiliano (ICT). Huduma hii hutolewa bure kwa mtaalamu wa ICT na jamii kama sehemu ya ahadi ya kuendeleza mtaalamu ICT na kuhakikisha matumizi ya teknolojia ya manufaa kwa jamii. Pia, shirika la kuanzisha vikao online ambayo itawezesha wataalamu na jamii nzima ya kujadili masuala ya ICT na online problemsolving.

3. Public ufahamu mipango / miradi ya shughuli /

shirika la kuongeza uelewa wa umma ICT na kukuza na kuwezesha kampeni ya Taifa na mipango ya elimu juu ya jukumu la ICTs kwa ajili ya maendeleo ya kijamii na kiuchumi na kupata kutoka kwa wanachama na vyanzo vingine taarifa zinazohusiana na ICT, na kusambaza habari hizo miongoni mwa umma na jamii kwa njia ya majarida, circulars, machapisho, mihadhara, semina, mikutano au vinginevyo.

4. Awards, Mashindano & nyara kwa washindi

Chama cha mashindano ya kupanga na anatoa nyara kwa mafanikio mbalimbali ndani ya sekta ya IT. Kama vile ubora wa kuwasilisha fomu tuzo miradi ya njia-kuvunja, vijana IT mtaalamu wa tuzo, mwanafunzi bora karatasi, msemaji bora tuzo ya juu ya tukio fulani. Pia kwa kufanya mashindano kama vile mipango ya programu ya kompyuta au kuandika / mfumo wa maendeleo ya kutatua matatizo fulani. mfano wa ushindani ni programu kwa ajili ya mashindano ya vyuo vikuu / vyuo mwanafunzi alianzisha Chama cha awali ya taifa chuo kikuu / Chuo cha programu ushindani.. mashindano ambayo inaendeshwa chini ya sheria ya kimataifa ya ushindani ni wazi kwa wote chuo / wanafunzi wa vyuo vikuu. ushindani pia inatoa fursa kwa wanafunzi wa Tanzania kupata uelewa bora wa dunia kompyuta. Lengo kuu ni kuleta utatuzi wa matatizo na programu ya vipaji, kwa wanafunzi wa vyuo vikuu / vyuo, kwa usahihi kasi, na timu ya uratibu. Katika mazingira ya ushindani, katika ngazi ya kitaifa na kimataifa, ingekuwa kuwahamasisha na kutambuliwa kutokana, badala ya kushinda tuzo ya tuzo ya kuvutia na vyeti.

5. Kuwahimiza wanafunzi wa shule ya sekondari

chama inatambua kuwa msingi na sekondari wanafunzi ndio wenye kushiriki kikamilifu katika ulimwengu mpya za kompyuta. muungano huo kubuni na kutekeleza mipango na miradi kwa ajili ya shule za msingi na sekondari ili kuendeleza nia njema ya ICT. Chama cha anaamini kwamba baadaye ya Teknolojia ya Habari ya uongo katika mikono hamu na nia ya wanafunzi wa umri mdogo kutokana na kuwa na ndoto, ndoto hopefully kubwa, na ni katika milenia ya pili kwamba wangeweza kubeba tochi mbele. Kwa hiyo, ni wajibu wetu
kuwapa nafasi ya kujifunza maendeleo mapya katika Teknolojia ya Habari za kukabiliana na changamoto ya milenia ya pili.

6. Kufanya, mtandao na kuwa mwanachama na mashirika mengine

Chama cha kazi kwa juhudi kwa njia ya kimataifa, na kutafuta ushirikiano na mashirika ya ndani ya nchi na nje ya nchi ambayo inaweza kuwa na nia ya COMEM mbele na kushiriki katika kufikia malengo yetu na kushirikiana, mitandao au kuwa mwanachama. Chama cha anaamini kwamba kwa kufanya kazi kwa karibu na viwanda vingine, mashirika, vyama, taasisi, mashirika ya serikali na wasomi kitaifa na kimataifa kuhakikisha kuwa faida ya IT maendeleo hatimaye percolate chini kwa kila mtu mmoja katika jamii.

7. Tafiti

Chama cha itafanya na kuwezesha upitishaji ya tafiti juu ya ICT ambayo inatoa kuaminika na sahihi habari kwamba kuwa na manufaa kwa sisi juu ya mafanikio ya malengo yetu na kwa faida ya jamii pamoja na sekta ya ICT wote katika Tanzania.
