The executive director is also the secretary of the board, in-charge of day to day management and implementation of the organization development activities and is employed by the board.the management coordinating committee[MCC]Which made up of the  coordinator of varioud technical and other department of the organization programm and department coordinator report directly to the executive director, team leaders report to respective departments' heads and programmes leader assist the Executive director.
