To fulfill this dream, Mission, and Vision, REUMI has two Departments that run component programs to enable it to so do it Objectives. The departments are The Outreach Missionary Department and YCS Fellowship Department. Spreading the Gospel and Church planting and Growth Ministry This ministerial program has two components in its Ministry. This is because of it diversity of reaching out, to various groups in our community and society at large. The two component projects here are Spreading the Gospel Ministry and CPG-Ministry. a.    Spread the Gospel MinistryThis ministry works to spread the gospel mostly in very remote areas. This is achieved by preparing the Gospel crusades, seminars and workshops at least three – four times per year. The ministry further has a team that goes out for this great commission and mission.  b.    The church planting and growth ministry-CThis ministry has managed to setup three parishes namely Makiba in arumeru district, Siha in Hai District and Mangola in Karatu district. This parishes saw the planting of about sixteen Church branches, With a good example churches in the barren wilderness of Tanzania,  Waazabe community and other enthnic tribe living in Karatu district A good number of which still need more Spiritual support structural support as well as a well organized training and growth of their clergy and laity as well. 

One of the main objectives in Organization is building a nation for our children and Youth. The main aim and objective here is to facilitate the establishment of an effective and self sustaining sponsorship mechanism, capable of building our children, students and youth‘s future. Kutimiza ndoto hii, Mission na Vision, REUMI ina mbili Idara kwamba kukimbia sehemu ya mipango ili kuiwezesha kuwa na hivyo kufanya hivyo Malengo. Ya idara ya Outreach Missionary Idara na Idara ya Ushirika YCS.   Kueneza Injili na upandaji kanisa na kukua Wizara   Mpango huu wa mawaziri ina vipengele viwili katika Wizara yake. Hii ni kwa sababu ya hiyo aina ya kufikia nje, kwa vikundi mbalimbali katika jamii yetu na jamii kwa ujumla. Mbili hapa ni sehemu ya miradi ya Uenezaji wa Injili na Wizara CPG-Wizara.   a.     Kueneza Injili ya Wizara hii kazi ya huduma ya kueneza injili hasa katika maeneo ya mbali sana. Hii ni mafanikio kwa kuandaa mikutano Injili, semina na warsha angalau 3-4 mara kwa mwaka. Wizara ina timu zaidi kwamba huenda nje kwa ajili ya tume hii kubwa na ya utume.   b.     Ya upandaji kanisa na ukuaji wa huduma-C huduma hii imeweza kuanzisha parokia tatu yaani Makiba wilayani Arumeru, katika Wilaya ya Hai na Karatu Mangola katika wilaya ya Siha. Parokia hii kuona upandaji wa Kanisa kuhusu matawi kumi na sita, na mfano mzuri makanisa katika tasa jangwani wa Tanzania,   Waazabe jamii na nyingine enthnic wanaoishi katika wilaya ya Karatu kabila Idadi kubwa ya ambayo bado wanahitaji msaada wa kiroho zaidi miundo msaada kama vile mafunzo ya kupangwa vizuri na ukuaji wa wakleri wao na walei pia.  

Moja ya malengo makuu katika Shirika ni kujenga taifa kwa ajili ya watoto wetu na vijana. Lengo kuu na lengo hapa ni kuwezesha kuanzishwa kwa moja na mfumo wa kujitegemea udhamini ufanisi, uwezo wa kujenga watoto wetu, wanafunzi na vijana wa siku zijazo. Hii kuwawezesha kukua wote wa kiroho...
