Who are we ?

REUMI is a small nongovernmental, nonprofit making, non political and non biased organization. Registered in 1993, in Tanzania, under Government Civil Society Registration Ordinance, with Registration Number SO 7779.

In 1983 Rev. Paul Kaje was ministering in one of the marginalized communities in Makiba Arusha Region. This is when he came across poor marginalized communities, a people patched with poverty, hunger, and thirst for spiritual and physical assistance. A people torn apart, by poor human and social structures. This indeed marked a turnaround in his pastoral work and shaped what today is REUMI.

Well ,Rev. Bishop Paul Kaje, is an Overseer of Pentecostal Arusha Archdiocese of Arumeru and Simanjiro. This archdiocese host 49 churches with over 4,300 born again christians.

Initiated by Rev. Paul Kaje, the organization cares for marginalized poor communities in Arusha, Manyara and Kilimanjaro regions. The organization’s special attention is placed in assisting children, especially the vulnerable children, that is, children under harsh realities.

This organization is dedicated to the dream of the founder, that of building a nation for our children, a nation where poverty chains no man to plough, forces no woman to prostitute herself, and condemns no child to scrounge among the garbage hillside.

We believe in the doctrine of common good and that only with God, in the name of Jesus Christ, we can and seek to become community changers and progressive developmental emancipators. We understand with great and essential volitional character, the needs in our neighborhood and our community at large.
In the footstep of the Nauzarite Nazarene, we are embroiled and embraced with charismatic authority to take our place in the community, and respond with love and reality to the shortcomings of the community and society at large. This we do with the essence of virtue of humility which lies not in self – depreciation, but instead in practical realization of our complete dependence on God.

We are an organization Shaped for mission, moving under the transitory guidance and Counseling of the Holy Spirit, Applying teachings of Christ Jesus, in the entire situation.
We as an organization are called to strengthen our local communities in our partnership by transferring knowledge and know how to enable them to come up with the best use of the community resources at their disposal.
What defines us is not just any distinction, but rather a shared vision, a shared dream and Shared future. We so do committed with great humility and faith within us, knowing believingly that the future before us is big and bright.
Without hesitations we to the best knowledge of our ability shall employ SMART as our progressive measure tool, thus our goals shall be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reachable and Tangible.

We also in good faith know believingly and committed, that Man is greater and more significance than even the best thing, this world has to offer. In this respect we seek to live and better understand and imitate, to the best of our knowledge, empowered by grace, the perfect man who is Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Sisi ni nani?

REUMI ni ndogo nongovernmental, nonprofit maamuzi, isiyo ya kisiasa na asasi zisizo upendeleo. Iliyosajiliwa mwaka 1993, katika Tanzania, chini ya Serikali Sheria ya Usajili Civil Society, na Usajili Idadi SO 7779.

Mwaka 1983 Mchungaji Paul Kaje alikuwa mtumishi katika moja ya jumuiya za pembezoni Makiba katika Mkoa wa Arusha. Huu ni wakati alimkuta jamii maskini wanyonge, watu patched na umaskini na njaa, na kiu ya kiroho na msaada wa kimwili. A watu mbali na Sila, na miundo maskini binadamu na kijamii. Hakika hii alama ya turnaround katika kazi yake ya kichungaji na umbo gani leo ni REUMI.

Naam, Rev Askofu Kaje Paulo, ni Mlinzi wa Arusha Archdiocese Pentekoste ya Arumeru na Simanjiro. Jeshi hili archdiocese 49 makanisa na Wakristo juu ya kuzaliwa tena 4300.

Ulioanzishwa na Mchungaji Paul Kaje, shirika wasiwasi kwa wanyonge katika jamii maskini Arusha, Manyara na mikoa ya Kilimanjaro. Shirika la tahadhari maalumu ni kuwekwa katika kusaidia watoto, hasa watoto walio katika mazingira magumu, kwamba ni watoto chini ya ukweli ngumu.

Jumuiya hii imejitolea ndoto ya mwanzilishi, ili ya kujenga taifa kwa watoto wetu, taifa ambapo umaskini minyororo mtu kwa jembe, vikosi hakuna mwanamke malaya mwenyewe, na atakayewahukumu hakuna mtoto scrounge kati hillside ya takataka.

Tunaamini katika mafundisho ya kawaida nzuri na kwamba kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, kwa jina la Yesu Kristo, tunaweza na kutafuta kuwa na maendeleo ya jamii wavunja emancipators maendeleo. Sisi kuelewa na tabia kubwa na muhimu volitional, mahitaji ya majirani zetu na jamii yetu kwa ujumla.
Katika footstep wa Nazareti Nauzarite, sisi ni embroiled na akawatia moyo na mamlaka charismatic kuchukua nafasi zetu katika jamii, na kuitikia kwa upendo na ukweli na mapungufu ya jamii na jamii kwa ujumla. Hiyo tunaweza kufanya na asili ya fadhila ya unyenyekevu ambayo si uongo katika vifaa uchakavu -, lakini badala ya utambuzi halisi wa utegemezi wetu kamili juu ya Mungu.

Sisi ni shirika umbo kwa utume, kucheza chini ya uongozi wa transitory na Ushauri wa Roho Mtakatifu, Kuomba mafundisho ya Kristo Yesu, katika hali nzima.
Sisi kama shirika wanaitwa kuimarisha jamii yetu katika ushirikiano wetu na kuhamisha maarifa na kujua jinsi ya kuwawezesha kuja na matumizi bora ya rasilimali za jamii katika taka zao.
Inaelezea nini sisi ni tofauti yoyote tu, bali ni maono ya pamoja, na ndoto ya pamoja na kugawa baadaye. Sisi hivyo kufanya kosa kwa unyenyekevu mkubwa na imani ndani yetu, akijua kwamba baadaye believingly mbele yetu ni kubwa na mkali.
Bila mabishano sisi kwa elimu bora ya uwezo wetu atakuwa kuajiri SMART kama chombo cha kupima maendeleo yetu, hivyo malengo yetu itakuwa mahsusi, mätbara, Attainable, Reachable na yanayoonekana.

Sisi pia kwa nia njema kujua believingly na kosa, kwamba Mtu ni mkubwa na umuhimu zaidi kuliko hata kitu bora, dunia hii ya kutoa. Kwa hali hiyo tunaweza kutafuta kuishi na kuelewa na kufuata mfano, kwa kadri ya ufahamu wetu, uwezo na neema, ya mtu mkamilifu ambaye ni Yesu Kristo wa Nazareti.
