- To prepare and participate in the workshop, seminar, short-course class, vocational training and field in a work-place.
- Making co-ordination and friendship of the government, non-government organization, parastatal, institution, donors and other sponsors/supports either by individual or by group.
- Contract, advice and consult the community and supporters within or outside the country in built the educational center and other infrastructure.
- To have an competent nursery, primary and secondary schools by quality and quantity with comfortable environment.
