I was born in 1967 in iringa Rural ,iringa region.I attended primary school at mawambala primary school and completed in 1984.In 1985 i joined secondary school at Lugalo secondary school situated at Iringa Municipality and completed in 1988. Form VI and Diploma attended at monduli Teachers colleges and completed in 1992. Thereafter appointed as secondary agricultural teacher at Tamaganga where i served from 1992 to 1999. And shifted at Lugalo secondary school my former secondary school and joined the University of Sokoine morogoro in 1999 and finished in 2002. On July 2002 i was employed by Farm Africa an international NGO as founder of Babati Agricultural and Environmental Education project{BAEEP}  where i served until 2004. In the same year joined Anglican Diocese of Tanganyika Dodoma as the founder of DCT jubille high school and after few months was appointed as secretary for Education Board of the diocese .In 2005 i returned to Iringa to complete my long dream of establishing secondary school namely Kitwiru high school which now is Form one to six.And its this school that founded MEDCE to support the community too. Also am chairman of Tanzania Association of managers and owners of non governmental schools and collleges{TAMONGSCO}. In october 2011 have been appointed as executive secreatry of Iringa Municipal Education Fund ,and am student of MBA Human resources at Ruaha university collge iringa.am married with four kids namely Alberto ,Auleria,Aulerio and teresia Mofuga and my wife is Esther K mpulule.
