For this short progressive summary for the project planned and realized activities, Mshikamano team during doing Monitoring and Evaluation notified that the project of improving young women and men in skill training has direct outcomes as most youth acquired knowledge, skills and better attitude change, through seminars and practical works. Some of the trained youth has designed several income generating activities to benefit themselves and their families and also have to able to mobilized other youth who had not received the training and who are social-economically affected to join for the project so that to draw the success story for entrepreneurship and business development and Carpentry skills. Either, the project has shown the satisfaction in terms of positive impact and improvement as all 25 youth trained for the project have engaged with Mshikamano group doing practical in tailoring and carpentry works. Individual youth trained in this program has started to outset entrepreneurship activities including pottery making and selling to mobile traders, fruit juice canning, vegetable production, street corners small business etc. Nevertheless, Similar group interventions for the trained youth is well doing gradually as all youth imparted with practical skills and have started to make simple produce of furniture like chairs, stood, tables, fixing beds, and dressing tables, cutting curves, measuring and cutting clothes, designing and weaving etc. During the implementation of this project, the group facing no critical challenges to undermine the program development in terms of technicality and resources, this is because some group members are qualified in skills work thus were able to supervise the practical training extra well. Also there was close relationship with project facilitators as in many time were close to group members for execution of the practical works making sure going on track. However, there was minor challenge of commodities inflation and this did not bring trouble the project implementation as the members were doing every possible to contributes and fill the gaps so that to make project action plan and budget happen.
