Major Alliance Education Centre(MAEC) is a women organization whose mission is to provide necessary care and support to community members in their efforts to fight against HIV/AIDS epidemic and drug abuse, hunger and poverty with much emphasis to marginalized groups in the society particularly,women and children.

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANIZATION ’

The following are the objectives of our organization:

a)Women rights and empowerment

b) To increase awareness to the youth in schools against the disasters which come from drug addiction, HIV/AIDS, and TB.

 c) The organization intends to facilitate the community through mobilization of youths to fight against the ignorance, poverty and disease.

d) To make our organization ’ s activities sustainable so that we can reach our goals for future generation.

 e) To facilitate the community to raise their economic status through the education they got from school.

f) To reduce ignorance, poverty, and disease among the children, youth ,disabled and women in the region.

g) To strengthen the organization capacity and make it sustainable by increasing personnel and members.

h) Topromote community with economic status by utilizing local resources available. h) To eradicate the gender discrimination and raise the human rights in our community through mobilization.

THE VISION OF THE ORGANIZATION

To have a free society from violation of human rights, poverty, ignorance, AIDS impact and
drug abuse.

Ujumbe MAEC ni kutoa huduma muhimu na msaada kwa jamii katika jitihada zao za kupambana na VVU / UKIMWI, madawa ya kulevya, njaa na umaskini kwa msisitizo sana kwa makundi yaliyotengwa katika jamii hasa vijana, wanawake na watoto.

Malengo ya 'ORGANIZATION

zifuatazo ni malengo ya shirika letu:

a) Kuongeza mwamko kwa vijana katika shule dhidi ya majanga ambayo kuja kutoka madawa ya kulevya, VVU / UKIMWI, na TB.

b) shirika inatarajia kuwezesha jamii kwa njia ya kuhamasisha vijana kupambana na umaskini na ujinga, na maradhi.

c) Ili asasi yetu ya shughuli endelevu ili tuweze kufikia malengo yetu kwa kizazi cha baadaye.

d) Kuwezesha jamii kuinua hali yao ya kiuchumi kwa njia ya elimu got kutoka shule.

e) Ili kupunguza ujinga, umaskini na maradhi miongoni mwa vijana, watoto na wanawake katika kanda.

f) Kuimarisha uwezo wa shirika na kufanya ni endelevu na wafanyakazi na kuongeza wanachama.

g) Topromote jamii na hali ya uchumi kwa kutumia rasilimali zilizopo. h) Ili kuondoa ubaguzi wa kijinsia na kuongeza haki za binadamu katika jamii yetu kwa njia ya uhamasishaji.

DIRA YA ORGANIZATION

Kuwa na jamii huru kutokana na ukiukwaji wa haki za binadamu, umaskini, ujinga, UKIMWI na athari
madawa ya kulevya.
