The Youth Empowerment and Support (YES) is a Non-Government Organization which formed in Dodoma in order to deal with young for the empowerment situation. It was established in 15/02/2011 in Dodoma Urban and registered on 02/08/2011 at Dar es Salaam. Over the years Tanzania's situation has worsened leading to the evacuation of numerous Tanzanians to other nations At this point of time Tanzania is at a crossroad - the crossroad of a better future; the crossroad of economic and social stability; the crossroad of growth and change. She can either get better or worse - that choice lies in the hands of her youth.
The Youth Empowerment and Support (YES) want to address the Tanzanian youth problems economically and socially. Taking a look at other Tanzanian organizations, most of them are geared toward cultural awareness or concerned about promoting their own individual ethnic groups. Some other groups are geared toward conversation - conversation about the problems in Tanzania and reasonable solutions. The Youth Empowerment and Support (YES) differs from them because first and foremost it wants to comprise of all Tanzanians - representative of the plurality that exists there within, to advocate for the success of Tanzania as a whole, not catering to specific ethnic groups. It is concerned with the overall future of Tanzania and wants to move beyond just dialogue (which is necessary), supplying actions to words; bringing peoples words, ideas, plans to life to benefit the future of Tanzania. The Youth Empowerment and Support (YES) focused toward uniting Tanzanian youths toward the above-mentioned ideals. History has shown that it has been youth organization such as this that has affected and shaped the future of the people. The several youth organization in South Africa were the conscience of their government during Apartheid, they were so great a force that their government went to great lengths to tear apart, silence and abolish these organizations. It was the SCLC (Southern Christian Leadership Conference) of Martin Luther King that played an active role in initiating the civil rights movement. All these changes occurred due to the youths who were dissatisfied with the current situation of their country/people and did something about it. They had a vision that is why this organization is needed, to be a vehicle with which Tanzanian youths can foster a change in Tanzania.

The following core operating values influence the culture and public image of The Youth Empowerment and Support (YES) as an effective community-based organization serving a wide variety of youth groups such as disables (Special groups), entrepreneurship, environmental, health, cultural, sports and other groups with different professionals and non professionals in the society.

Caring Attitude – The Youth Empowerment and Support (YES) demonstrates compassionate support and concern for youth’s trouble.  As a part of this caring attitude, we educate and inform them through organizing and conducting training, seminars and workshop also by linking them with   financial institutions for financial support

Individualized Support – The Youth Empowerment and Support (YES) knows that youth’s needs vary significantly and can change over time; we seek to understand the individual consumer and co-create the right supports for each person’s development.

Diversity – The Youth Empowerment and Support (YES) understands that youth   are part of all races, ethnicities and religions; we seek to assist as many youth  as our  financial resources support  through consultation of  different stake holder e.g. NGOs, Government, Financial institutions, e.t.c.

Uwezeshaji wa Vijana na Support (YES) ni Shirika zisizo za Serikali ambayo iliunda mjini Dodoma ili kukabiliana na vijana kwa hali ya uwezeshaji. Ni imara katika 15/02/2011 katika Dodoma Mjini na kusajiliwa katika 2011/02/08 Dar es Salaam. Katika miaka ya hali ya Tanzania imekuwa mbaya zaidi na kusababisha uokoaji ya Watanzania wengi na mataifa mengine Katika hatua hii ya wakati Tanzania ni katika njia panda - njia panda ya maisha bora ya baadaye, njia panda ya utulivu wa kiuchumi na kijamii; njia panda ya ukuaji wa uchumi na mabadiliko. Anaweza ama kupata bora au mbaya zaidi - chaguo liko katika mikono ya ujana wake.
Uwezeshaji wa Vijana na Support (YES) wanataka kushughulikia matatizo ya vijana ya Tanzania kiuchumi na kijamii. Kuchukua kuangalia mashirika mengine ya Tanzania, wengi wao ni lengo la kuelekea kwenye ufahamu wa utamaduni au wasiwasi kuhusu kukuza mtu binafsi makabila yao. Baadhi ya makundi mengine zimelenga mazungumzo - mazungumzo juu ya matatizo katika Tanzania na ufumbuzi wa kuridhisha. Uwezeshaji wa Vijana na Support (YES) hutofautiana kutoka kwao kwa sababu kwanza kabisa anataka wanaunda ya Watanzania wote - mwakilishi wa wingi ambao upo huko ndani, kutetea mafanikio ya Tanzania nzima, wala upishi na makundi maalum ya kikabila. Ni na wasiwasi na baadaye wa jumla wa Tanzania na anataka kuondokana na mazungumzo tu (ambayo ni lazima), na kusambaza matendo na maneno, kuleta maneno ya watu, mawazo, mipango ya maisha kwa faida ya baadaye ya Tanzania. Uwezeshaji wa Vijana na Support (YES) ililenga kuunganisha vijana wa Tanzania kwa upande wa maadili zilizotajwa hapo juu. Historia imeonyesha kuwa imekuwa vijana shirika kama hii ambayo ina walioathirika na umbo baadaye ya watu. shirika vijana kadhaa katika Afrika Kusini walikuwa dhamira ya serikali yao wakati wa ubaguzi wa rangi, walikuwa na nguvu kubwa sana kwamba serikali yao akaenda umbali kubwa na machozi mbali, ukimya na kufuta mashirika haya. Ilikuwa SCLC (Kusini mwa Mkutano wa Uongozi wa Kikristo) ya Martin Luther King kuwa na jukumu kubwa katika kuanzisha harakati za haki za kiraia. Mabadiliko haya yote yalitokea kutokana na vijana ambao walikuwa wasioridhika na hali ya sasa ya nchi zao / watu na alifanya kitu kuhusu hilo. Walikuwa na maono kwamba ni kwa nini shirika hili inahitajika, kwa kuwa gari ambayo Tanzania vijana wanaweza kuendeleza mabadiliko katika Tanzania.

Msingi wa uendeshaji MAADILI

Msingi wetu wa maadili ni kanuni za msingi na viwango ambayo sisi kuzingatia. Nao kuonyesha shirika yetu tajiri na tofauti historia, utamaduni wetu na utambulisho.

Sisi ni nia ya maendeleo ya Vijana na kuendeleza utamaduni wetu na utambulisho ili wafanyakazi wetu na washirika ni kwa ajili ya huduma na kuongeza. Hii itakuza mazingira yetu ya kazi na kutuwezesha: kazi kwa ufanisi, kwa ushirikiano na ubunifu kutimiza dhamira yetu; kusaidia kuendeleza washirika wetu, na kuchangia katika dunia zaidi ya haki, usawa na endelevu.

Sisi ni nia ya kuwa shirika:

• ambapo dhamira yetu ni yenye thamani;
• ambayo ina utambulisho na nguvu;
• ambapo watu wetu na washirika ni maendeleo kwa njia ya pamoja;

ambayo inahusu mkutano wa wataalamu wa pamoja, ubunifu na nia;

Kama sehemu ya tabia hii kujali, sisi kuwaelimisha na kuwafahamisha kwa njia ya kuandaa na kuendesha mafunzo ya semina, warsha na pia kwa kuwaunganisha na taasisi za fedha kwa ajili ya msaada wa fedha
