YMPC was established in 2013 by  a group of Youth who were in Ingando (National Services) as a non-profit organization with the purpose of providing a positive behavior to the Rwandan community and Regional as whole, through talents and promotion of leadership skills and character development among youth, providing constructive activities that contribute to reducing crime and illicit activity in the community and in life.
