Center for Children young people and Adult Education is governed by the Board of Directors. The annual meeting is conducted once per year where all staff and volunteers meet to discuss organization strength and challenges and the way forward.It has a steering committee which holds three meeting each year to discuss and approve plans and budget. It has three office bears who are Chairperson, Secretary and Treasury. Project Coordinator is responsible for all project activities .She/He is responsible for all project activities and four project officers are Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), Youth and Reproductive Health Officer. Community outreach Officer and Research and Documentation section. Each section is supported by two supporting staff who work on voluntary basis.
