For long time, societies, especially in Mbulu District have been striving to extend conflicts on land. I have experienced two of my relatives who spend most of their time attending land reconciliation connflict at Regional Block - Babati. this has wasted most of their resources- time (the most scarce resource), energy (human resource) as sometimes they fast meals, financial, physical (by setting their assets).

There is now a very bad atmosphere of social relationships. They sue each other in "uchawi"

What should be done to rescue this situation?
