VISION

Is to see the supported East African community is healthier and has sustainable development.

MISSION

Our mission is to have East African community which is healthier and have sustainable development through community decision making and involvement by using meetings, workshops, Trainings, Debates, support by provision of mobile and fixed health facilities, Enterprises and Entrepreneurships, seminars and community events.

OBJECTIVES

1.       Providing various training like seminars, about health and nutrition, environmental preservation, women and children problems, gender rights, adapting diseases especially HIV/AIDS, malaria STDs, cancer, tuberculosis, etc.

2.       To organize seminars, meetings, workshops and symposia on health related issues.

3.       To provide beneficiaries with advisory services, technical, managerial and health training.

4.       To be in the way front in safeguarding the right of the child particularly those health-wise infected children and orphans.

5.       To work closely with local community at grass-root level, involving them to participate actively as partners and as stakeholders in health issues.

6.       To provide access to health services to the vulnerable people especially youth, elderly, women, orphans, disables and refugees.

7.       To ensure good sanitation by ensuring that every household owing a toilet facility so as to combat cholera and diarrhea.

8.       To reduce the death rate of the children under five years old because of the incidence of diarrhea this is closely associated with poor sanitation and unhygienic household practices.

9.       To educate, through practical experience in social enterprises, adolescent sexual reproductive health, leadership and good governance for East Africa’s youths (10-24years of age) and young adults (24-35years of age) who want to take charge of their future for the benefit of their society and their fulfillment.

10.   To act an agency for management of health related issues.

11.   To act as a facilitator, agency for provision of health support services in East African Region.

12.   To act as agency or facilitator for provision of training, professionals development capacity building to the health practitioners and communities.

13.   To mobilize funds from individuals communities, business sector, private sector, donor agencies, government, NGO’s for the provision of health facilities and services to the community around East African region.

14.   To establish health classes in various organization, institutions, and communities in the East African region.

15.   Emphasize on self employment, peace, safety and good citizenship especially to youths so that improve their lives and step out of drugs, robbery and prostitution.

16.   To promote joint ventures between East Africa Health supporters.

17.   To enable donors to become beneficiaries.

18.   To remove barriers facing health sector operations including:

  • Lack of experience in dealing with health institutions
  • Inability to prepare business plans suitable for establishing health centre’s
  • Lack of collateral security in health sector.
  • Insufficient medicine/drugs.

 19.   To organize visits and study tours in order to learn from experiences of other successful health organizations, communities or elsewhere in East Africa or Abroad.

20.   To establish health fund to achieve the stated objectives above.
