The Organization is led by three graduates in Bachelor of Arts Degree in Tourism;

Ms. Conjepta R. Ndaskoy [ Chairperson], Ms. Angeline Maliaki [A cashier] and Mr. Philbert I. Kiondo [Secretary]. They are all doing their Masters Degree in Human resources Management.

About Ms. Angeline Maliaki[ The Organization's cashier].

As a teacher for several years in different schools i have experienced how parents pay school fees for girls reluctactly. Also it makes me half crazy to see how some women accept their status quo and value boys.[ Some women change position of girls if they are first borns and give to boys even if they are last borns].

About Ms. Conjepta Raphael Ndaskoy[ The Organization's Chairperson]

Working with tourism industry for a good number of years makes me become hungry and thirsty of EQUALITY in local communities. I had an opportunity to do a reserach on 'contribution of Community Based Tourism in improving the livelihood of the local communities'. I discovered that there is great inequalities between men and women in almost every area. For example in one village in Machame,there was once a village meeting which discussed on protecting natural resources as tourist attractions for the benefit of the society. I became mad when i saw how men devalue women ideas. They [women] were hardly allowed to contribute to the issue. Women in areas like this one are forced to be listeners and they have to abide to every decision made by men,though they MUST attend the meetings.

It is my pleasure to devote my TIME to help fight these gender INEQUALITIES.

About Mr. Philbert I. Kiondo.

I am employed as a teacher, bu i still feel sorry to poor friends of mine who are surrounded by valuable resources. Also i feel sorry to people who solve present problems by creating futere problems. E.g they cut trees now and creating futere drought and water sgortages.On top of that i wonder 'why women and girls are not trated equally in a society even where they are income generators.
