Talisda Foundation has successfully accomplished the implementation of activities that were set for the year 2011. The implementation started in July 2010 and the end date for the year was in June 2011. Most of the activities that were implemented involved the empowerment process where by orphans and other vulnerable groups of people were reached and empowered to cope with challenges for improved well beeing of their families and communities at large in Korogwe District. In a more specific manner 1,200 orphans were reached and 830 people from the marginilized communities in Korogwe were mobilized and managed to form 83 groups of women, widows, MVC Care givers, and groups of People Living With HIV and AIDS.The members of the mentioned groups of beneficiries were facilitated to attend training on enterprenuralship skills to an extent that they managed to identify viable economic projects that can be run by themselves in a sustainable way in future. There were 109 Albino who also  attended the training on enterprenuralship skills, group formation and group dynamics - All the training sessions were organized by Talisda Foundation and Korogwe district government Officers from Social Wel fare Department participated in the training as facilitators.

Talisda Foundation ina mafanikio yametimia utekelezaji wa shughuli ambazo zilikuwa kwa ajili ya mwaka 2011. utekelezaji ulianza mwezi Julai, 2010 na tarehe ya mwisho ya mwaka ilikuwa mwezi Juni 2011. Wengi wa shughuli yalifanywa kushiriki mchakato wa uwezeshaji ambapo kwa yatima na makundi mengine ya watu wanaoishi katika mazingira magumu yaliyofikiwa na uwezo wa kukabiliana na changamoto kwa ajili ya kuboresha vizuri beeing ya familia zao na jamii kwa ujumla katika Wilaya ya Korogwe. Kwa njia maalum zaidi yatima 1200 yaliyofikiwa na watu 830 kutoka kwa jamii marginilized katika Korogwe walikuwa kuhamasisha na kuweza kuunda makundi 83 ya wanawake, wajane, wanaotoa MVC Care, na makundi ya watu wanaoishi na VVU na wanachama AIDS.The ya zilizotajwa makundi ya beneficiries walikuwa kuwezeshwa kuhudhuria mafunzo ya ujuzi enterprenuralship kwa kiasi kwamba walifanikiwa kutambua miradi yenye faida ya kiuchumi ambayo inaweza kuwa na kukimbia kwa wenyewe kwa njia endelevu katika siku zijazo. Kulikuwa 109 Albino ambaye pia alihudhuria mafunzo ya ujuzi enterprenuralship, malezi ya kundi na mienendo ya kundi - vikao vya mafunzo zote walikuwa iliyoandaliwa na Talisda Foundation na Wilaya ya Korogwe Maafisa wa serikali kutoka Idara ya Jamii wel nauli walishiriki katika mafunzo kama wawezeshaji.
