TAHEA exists to empower an individual, family and the entire community in Tanzania, socially, economically, and with gender perspective through education, training, information and consultancy.

In order to achieve this TAHEA will use the expertise of their professional members to facilitate development processes, by networking and collaborating with other organisations with similar vision and mission.

TAHEA ipo kwa ajili ya kuwawezesha mtu binafsi, familia na jamii nzima ya Tanzania, kijamii, kiuchumi, na kwa mtazamo wa kijinsia kwa njia ya elimu, habari, mafunzo na ushauri.

Ili kufanikisha TAHEA kutumia utaalamu wa wanachama wao kitaaluma na kuwezesha michakato ya maendeleo, na mitandao na ushirikiano na mashirika mengine na maono sawa na utume.
