The Current Projets Implimentated by Wadada Center for Solution Focused Approach are:

1. Strategic youth involvement for Prevention of domestic and sexual violence, (SYIP-DSW) in Ilemela Districts -Mwanza Region. The program supported by terre-des-hommes scweiz. The main objective of the project is to reduce social acceptence on domestic and sexual violence among youth in Ilemela District.

The current activities implimented under the SYIP-DSW are:

• Developing and or/adopting, printing and distribution of 10,000 violence related IEC materials.
• Organizing 8 in and out of school youth dialogues and youth participation during 3 national and International events
• Five days training of trainers on Sexual Violence prevention skills to 60 girls aged 11-24 (both in and out of school) from Ilemela and Nyamagana District.
• Support 5 workshops/seminars conducted by 60 trained girls in their groups
• Conduct solution focused approach training to 40 primary school teachers in Ilemela and Nyamagana Districts.
• Conduct quarterly supportive supervision/backstopping to 40 trained teachers by SFA practitioners.

2. Girls Empowerment Movement Programme

• Training of Trainers training of 20 selected school girls
• provide technical and financial support for 20 trained girls to conduct 5 traning session on SFA for their fellow group members.
