Recognizing and supporting joint efforts and community initiatives in preventing and mitigating the impact of HIV/AIDS; promote child rights to education, health and birth certificate; promote gender equity and women empowerment; localizing the sustained community water supply and sanitation; improved maternal and child heath and enhanced local capacity to end poverty through active involvement and participation of the community, local government authorities, partners and donors for sustainable development.
