This organization was formed in 2010,as a result of founder who realized that,a lot of youths are unemployed not because there is no employment,but they lack skills for self employment which is influenced by self reliance education and entrepreneurial skills.A case study village of this idea was KABEBE village in ITETE ward which is found in RUNGWE.

After getting an exposure to university the founder found that the only way of helping the society is by starting with youths.hence SRYD was formed
