- To educate the community concerning child labor and children rights.
- To promote Gender equlity within the community.
- To educate the community how to use local resources for their Development.
- To promote care for children.
- To promate economic and social progress to eradicate poverty and enhance sustainable development within Tanzania citizens from grass roots to the National level.
- To assist in the mobilization og rural and urban Youths and grass roots participation for the quality life improvement.
- To establish social economy development projects in the fields of education, health and community development especially economic activities so that it can enhance the economic at large.
- To organize self reliant activities for the benefit of Youths and Women in Tanzania.
- To conduct workshops, seminars and training in the fields on issues activated with by and for Youths and Women.
- To advice the Government on responce and adaptive measures that can be taken to help Youths and Women.
- To cooperate with institutions and government engaged in Youths initiatives and Women development so really for the benefit of all.
- To coordinate financial, technical and material assistance from private contributions, local and international assistance.
- To give advice to Youths and parents/guardians concerning Youths changes in their growth.
- To give advice to Young people on the need to guarding against the practice of taking drugs e,g inhaling of petrol, hashish {bhang} and intoxicants. And to be the good citizens so that they can contribute in hteir society.
- To give advice how to prevent and guard against the spread of venerel, HIV/AIDS in schools, colleges { institutions} and other places which have been affected e.g mining places etc.
- To give counseling to Youths who are due ro to get married and starting married life.
- To give advice to the government and other institution which working together with Youths and other related group.
